Today, Our class went to Singapore Art Museum. I find this artwork are extra interesting. At a first glance, it just look like a rundown ship. But if you look closely and also read the description. The cardboards on the ship are actually houses and the artist using cardboards to make it resemble a shanty town on the ship. The idea behind the artist is actually, the precarity of home and also the necessity of change and journeying.
Qn: Other than cardboards, I wonder what did they still use to create the shanty town?
Observation: I realised there some bright colours on the cardboards.
