"Progression"
They are building Yishun Center MRT if I'm not wrong. I find it interesting to take this picture. People always take picture of the completion, but not the progress. I think the progress are more important than the completion because without the progression, there wont be completion.
Question: Why are completed building called building but not built?
Observation: There are so many metal.
